Jeff Moran is the Founder and CEO of Strategic Partner Playbooks with more than 25 years of CFO and COO experience across private equity and venture-backed mid-market companies. He has held full-time executive roles in consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, and SaaS, as well as interim leadership positions with Alvarez & Marsal and Accordion. Jeff specializes in finance transformation, ERP and systems upgrades, and scaling finance organizations to support growth. He also brings extensive experience leading companies through M&A, post close integration, and organizational transitions — stepping in at critical inflection points to stabilize operations and position businesses for long-term value creation. Jeff holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and is a CPA.
